Today was a great day. First one in a long time since I moved to AZ. Anyway, my car windshield was hit with a rock and as you know it started out small, but exploded all over the total windshield. This happened about 2 months ago and I have been calling all over for prices and some of them were ridiculous, then I happened to call your company, Melissa was so sweet and listened to me complaining about how expensive windshields are and then she gave me a quote and a few days later I called back and she scheduled an appt for me today.(between 8 and 12 noon) Then I had to call back to ask a big favor because of an emergency I had to take my son to the doctor at noon on the same day, so I asked if they could possibly get the windshield installed by 11:00 or 11:30, so I could get him to the doctor. Gilbert was the person I spoke with about getting the work done a little earlier and he assured me that he would make a note and explain that I needed this done by 11 or 11:30. The serviceman that installed the windshield was totally professional and very nice. Work was done in a very short time period and I was on my way to the doctor. Your company is great, and so reasonable, I will recommend you to all my friends,. Marykay
