This was a Great Experience. After using a previous auto glass company and not pleased with their services I chose to use this company. And, Wow Above and Beyond Great Customer Service. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff member that booked the appointment was helpful and kind over the phone. The Installer was both professional and quick to get my windshield replaced. When I was preparing to leave Mike the manager on duty came out and made sure I was happy with their services that they had provided that day. Any vehicle in the future is coming to AGD.

Called, got a quote, paid a deposit; and showed up for my appointment the next day.I wish I caught his name, but a nice dude took my keys and said gimme a couple hours. I was told over the phone to expect a 2 hour wait; he had my car done in an hour and I sat maybe 30 min!It also made my day that he was very nice in replacing my rear view mirror at no extra charge, I’m not sure if this is standard practice; but it made my day!I will for sure be recommending them to any friends and family!

After a frustrating hour-long ordeal with SafeLite, where I couldn't secure an appointment within my needed time frame and had to deal with a clunky website, useless app, and unhelpful customer service, I was desperate for a solution. SafeLite didn't have availability for two weeks, which was unacceptable for my situation.In my frustration, I did a quick Google search and came across Auto Glass Direct and Tint AZ. Super bummed that my original company I was going thru bailed last minute after 3 weeks planning. I live in a rural area and I only come to valley to do some business with my vehicles. Well Jen and her crew were a God send. They were able to file a claim. Work with the auto shop and get my new windshield replaced. All in a days work and I was able to remain stationary in a well air conditioned place. While they took care of everything. Customer service like this is RARE!I have replaced my windshield about four times in the five years I’ve owned my Escalade. The shop went above and beyond with my somewhat complicated request. I’m getting ready to sell my vehicle and wanted to replace the windshield and replace scratched tint in my back glass window. Without too much out of pocket cost. (Rear glass tint over defroster lines can be a tedious and expensive removal process).Out of all the shops I called, about 8 in total, none were willing to give a decent credit towards tint replacement. All except AGD, the girl I spoke with went back and forth with a manager and was able to get me what I requested with no additional out of pocket cost. They did not have availability til next week, but I received a call the next day and they were able to move around a few appointments squeeze me in the next day!I’ve always believed in taking care of those that take care of you. Once I get into my new vehicle, I will be sure to give them my business once again by getting my vehicle tinted or any other glass replacement I may need. Also any future referrals will be sent their way for sure!Your customer service truly stands out and is very much appreciated! Thank you to the whole AGD team!

This was my second visit to AGD for a windshield replacement. The girls in the office did an awesome job of going above and beyond to get things straight with my insurance company. Once all was good with that it only took one day to get my windshield replaced. The tint job was done to perfection and all is good. Since I do live in Arizona it is likely I will have another windshield damaged due to flying rocks. This is the fourth windshield in my car that is only 2 years old. THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST!! Kaitlyn and Gilbert provided me with an experience to remember.
