I hace had any number of windshields replaced over the years on many different vehicles. Despite my favorite "buddy" Big ray in redding Ca. This outfit takes the prize. Not only was the cost very reasonable but I watched the two guys work. I could not say any better about them if I tried. not only that but my appointment was for 7:30 am; I got there early; they took me in right away & I was out of there in, less than 1/2 hr, I think. THANK_YOU I'll be back if I ever need another windshield. I'd drive a long ways for this experience

I stopped by for a windshield leak. Both Gilbert and Melissa went above and beyond to assist me. Melissa was very accommodating in all my inquiries about pricing and the different options available. Gilbert always went the extra mile, even when he did not have to, to explain to me the technical side of things, along with his recommendation. This was a Great Experience. After using a previous auto glass company and not pleased with their services I chose to use this company. And, Wow Above and Beyond Great Customer Service. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff member that booked the appointment was helpful and kind over the phone. The Installer was both professional and quick to get my windshield replaced. When I was preparing to leave Mike the manager on duty came out and made sure I was happy with their services that they had provided that day. Any vehicle in the future is coming to AGD.

Can't rave enough about this place. They got me scheduled immediately and had my car fixed in less than two hours from when I first called. I am so impressed. Called, got a quote, paid a deposit; and showed up for my appointment the next day.I wish I caught his name, but a nice dude took my keys and said gimme a couple hours. I was told over the phone to expect a 2 hour wait; he had my car done in an hour and I sat maybe 30 min!It also made my day that he was very nice in replacing my rear view mirror at no extra charge, I’m not sure if this is standard practice; but it made my day!I will for sure be recommending them to any friends and family!

I had previously had an issue that went unresolved until I posted a review with the issue. After a frustrating hour-long ordeal with SafeLite, where I couldn't secure an appointment within my needed time frame and had to deal with a clunky website, useless app, and unhelpful customer service, I was desperate for a solution. Super bummed that my original company I was going thru bailed last minute after 3 weeks planning. I live in a rural area and I only come to valley to do some business with my vehicles. Well Jen and her crew were a God send. They were able to file a claim. Work with the auto shop and get my new windshield replaced. All in a days work and I was able to remain stationary in a well air conditioned place. While they took care of everything.
