I hace had any number of windshields replaced over the years on many different vehicles. Despite my favorite "buddy" Big ray in redding Ca. This outfit takes the prize. Not only was the cost very reasonable but I watched the two guys work. I could not say any better about them if I tried. not only that but my appointment was for 7:30 am; I got there early; they took me in right away & I was out of there in, less than 1/2 hr, I think. THANK_YOU I'll be back if I ever need another windshield. I'd drive a long ways for this experience

I stopped by for a windshield leak. Both Gilbert and Melissa went above and beyond to assist me. Melissa was very accommodating in all my inquiries about pricing and the different options available. Gilbert always went the extra mile, even when he did not have to, to explain to me the technical side of things, along with his recommendation. He was very honest and recommended what is in my best interest and not what is pricier. Would definitely recommend this place if you ever needed tint or windshield service!

This was a Great Experience. After using a previous auto glass company and not pleased with their services I chose to use this company. And, Wow Above and Beyond Great Customer Service. Booking the appointment was easy and the staff member that booked the appointment was helpful and kind over the phone. The Installer was both professional and quick to get my windshield replaced. When I was preparing to leave Mike the manager on duty came out and made sure I was happy with their services that they had provided that day. Any vehicle in the future is coming to AGD.

Can't rave enough about this place. They got me scheduled immediately and had my car fixed in less than two hours from when I first called. I am so impressed. To top it off, Gilbert provided the best customer care ever. Any company should be proud to have such a wonderful and professional agent like him. Called, got a quote, paid a deposit; and showed up for my appointment the next day.I wish I caught his name, but a nice dude took my keys and said gimme a couple hours. I was told over the phone to expect a 2 hour wait; he had my car done in an hour and I sat maybe 30 min!It also made my day that he was very nice in replacing my rear view mirror at no extra charge, I’m not sure if this is standard practice; but it made my day!I will for sure be recommending them to any friends and family!

I had previously had an issue that went unresolved until I posted a review with the issue. Within minutes the big boss, Megan called me and fixed everything and was disturbed by the fact that no staff had reached out to her. These guys are the best! Great prices, fast service and great customer service. Give them a call before replacing your windshield or any windows, they are very competitive in terms of pricing. So glad they were recommended by a Jiffy Lube employee because otherwise I would have paid so much more.
