HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -- The glass tech that I met and chatted with, Gilbert, was extremely professional, broke down every piece of the glass process, and handled my car with extreme care in an hour. I went to this location at the recommendation of a friend & paid in cash.

I shopped around to get glass and driver side regulator replaced. I almost dropped my phone when I heard these guy's quote for the job entire job. They beat all the other shops I've tried for the just the glass alone. They did a great job with my car and I'll be back to get my other side's regulator replaced plus work on the tint.

Rolled up my window and heard a loud bang and my window disappeared. Called and was able to get a same day appointment. They fixed it quick and I have no complaints about the work or the service in either front of house of back. Certainly can recommend them.

Needed a windshield fast for a Kenworth. The driver didn't have but part of a day between scheduled loads and Jennifer at AGD made it happen for us! Could not have been more appreciative. Great staff, fair prices and no hiccups.

Had the most help I have ever had from Saira as she went above and beyond to help me get my windshield repaired. I had the hardest time trying to get my windshield repaired from other companies but, when I called her she provided me the best service I could ever ask for. I’d recommend anyone to request her if they should ever need their windshield repaired.

Tried calling a couple other companies and never heard back. One call to Glass Act and my windshield was repaired right away. Loved the quality, professional work, customer service and the price. I liked Glass Act so much I had them replace the windshield on my other vehicle and the entire team did an outstanding job. I should’ve called Glass Act first, but I’m glad I finally did. I highly recommended this company.

AGD has replaced a couple windshields and roof glass on our Tesla and gets it done quick.

Had the driver side window on my Mini stop working on my way to work. It wouldn’t go back up after opening it. Dropped in to see if they could help me prop it up or remove the trim panel and they immediately went to look.

Since I wasn’t on schedule, and the window wouldn’t move by hand, they weren’t allowed to work anymore on the vehicle. I asked if they had a torx screwdriver I could use and without hesitation, handed me the tool.

Got the trim panel off and I was able to move the glass up by hand for me to get home in this heat.

This is a great tint shop! We’ve been customers (my husband and I) for years. My husband’s side window had a few bubbles and they took care of it, with no questions asked. They honor their work and materials. While there my husband needed a custom strip on the lower portion of the windshield to keep the sun’s glare that reflects off the hood making it dangerous while driving. He’s really happy now! Ask for Nelson, he has excellent skills and great customer service!

I had some roadside debris smash my driver side window, and this shop had my window in stock and I had my car back the next day. The people that work here are very nice too!

Just had the windows tinted on my 1997 VW Golf GTI. They car is old, and the passenger side window regulator is on its last legs. They were Very careful when tinting that window and were able to do it with success. I had all the windows done except the front windshield. 5% on the back three, and 25% on the driver and passenger doors. Typical of most cars out here. But here's the thing that really caught my attention: The windows look GREAT by the way, and of course superb craftsmanship. But today it was 104° in Tempe, and rising. Today was frigging Hot! Usually when I leave work, I have to turn on the A/C no matter what, even when it's 89°. These older cars did not come with any sun protection at all, and this little car was like driving in a magnifying glass bulb! But, after the tint was applied, I literally did Not need my A/C!!! It was Sooo nice in the car, without a/c, I drove all over town, then back home, as the temp kept rising to 106 in some places! This is a testament to really high quality tint! Im still flabbergasted (lol), because I've never experienced that! Especially in 104° weather! To me, it's kind of a phenomenon! I've had many cars tinted over the years, did some myself back in the day. But this experience today beats them all! I am a Very Happy Customer!

As far as the establishment, it is very top notch, clean, orderly, etc. The way the shop is lit with the correct LED Kelvins makes it easy for the personnel to do their great work. It's a shop that people with these skills would want to work!

Everybody at the shop was friendly and professional. Awesome staff!
