Auto Glass Direct Co. based in the state of Arizona warrants the installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship, for as long as you own the vehicle in which the window regulator (‘s) is installed as long as such defects are brought to the attention of Auto Glass Direct Co. within 30 days of your discovery.

For any problems discovered, such as the window is not rolling up or down, weird noise, sound of electrical motor but window is not rolling up or down. Contact any of our Arizona locations to schedule a warranty repair. At the discretion of Auto Glass Direct Co. will either repair or replace the warranted product, or correct the defective workmanship at no charge at a mutually agreed upon time. We will also require proof of installation by Auto Glass Direct Co., such as a copy of the invoice.

How long is coverage

The warranty is valid for 1 year for electrically powered window regulator(s).
